I went to Cleveland High School, where I was awarded the Principal Scholarship.  I attended Cleveland State Community College for 2 years and then transferred to Lee University for 2 years to finish my degree in Special Education.  I graduated from Lee University in May of 2005 with a Bachelor's of Science in Education.  In 2010, I graduated from NOVA Southeastern University with a Master of Arts Degree in Elementary Reading. 


I began teaching at Lake Forest in August of 2005.  I tought middle school CDC for 2 years.  I began teaching at Waterville Community Elementary School in August of 2007. 


My husband, Michael,  and I were married on December 14, 2002.  We have 2 sons, Matthew and Miles.  I love all things Disney, crafting, and photography!
